No results when searching for an OCLC number in Collection Manager
Symptom
- You are searching for an OCLC number in Collection Manager and get no results even though the OCN appears on the record

Resolution
It's possible that you're searching for a grouped OCLC Number, not the main OCLC Number of the title. Make sure that you've selected Title as the Data Type. Instead of choosing OCLC Number as the Title Index, choose Keyword. Then perform your search.
