Option to exclude Local Data from a Query Collection

The option to Include Local Data in the search is defaulted to 'on' for Query Collections.  This allow users to search both bibliographic records in their local collection as well as the associated Local Data.  

Local Data includes both Local Holdings Records and Local Bibliographic Data.

If your library needs to do a search that excludes Local Data, please uncheck the box, Include my Local Data underneath Selection Criteria, when creating your Query Collection.  A typical use case for unchecking this box is the use of the L4 index which checks for the presence of local holdings by your library.

The text after the Change button in Delivery File Output is updated to reflect the current file option

The text after the Change button will update based on your chosen options in the Record Delivery Template.  It will display one of the options below:

• Deliver records for this collection in the same file as other collections
• Deliver records for this collection in a separate file
