Why is Connexion timing out and giving a 5500 error when I try to use the export function?

- Getting 5500 error when trying to export from Connexion.

Resolution
If Connexion gives a 5500 error when trying to export records, do the following:

Open Connexion and go the "Tools" menu at the top of the screen and choose "Options".

Click on the Export tab in the box that appears.
- Another box will pop up called "OCLC Gateway Export - Local System Settings". Add the Host Name, which is going to be either your ILS URL (if not WorldShare) or your institution's IP address.

The port should be 5500, indicating an export.
- Add your Logon ID and Password. These would have been provided by your ILS vendor.

Click "Ok" to save changes.
