I receive an error "Too many matches" after performing a Bibliographic search keys search

Symptom

• Error displays when receiving the search results "Too many matches" on any index selected

Applies to

• Connexion client 

Resolution

1. Go to Tools > Options > Batch.
2. Increase the Maximum Number of Matches to Download.
3. Click Apply.
4. Click OK.
