I am getting an error message: "Update Holdings failed".

Please validate the record before updating holdings.  This type of error message when updating holdings can be due to special characters or diacritics inside the record.  Validating the record should change the invalid characters to fill characters and allow you to place your holdings.  Or, the validation results will point to the reason behind the error.
