Connexion crashes intermittently when editing a record
Symptom
- When editing a record, Connexion client crashes without an error
- In the Windows Event Viewer logs, you see an event pointing to "ucrtbase.dll" as the Faulting Module Name
Applies to
- Connexion client all versions
Resolution
This could be happening if specific video adapters need an update. Ensure all of your device components and drivers are up-to-date. If you continue to see this issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling Connexion client.
If you are still experiencing an issue at that point, contact OCLC Support with your OCLC symbol, Connexion client version, error information, and the steps you've tried so far.
