Find the syntax, use, parameters, return values, and an example for the ApplyOnlineDefaultCD macro command in Connexion client.
Syntax BOOL = CS.ApplyOnlineDefaultCD
Use to Apply the default constant data record to the currently displayed bibliographic or authority record.

Same as using the menu command Edit > Constant Data > Online > Apply Default.
Parameters None
Comments You must have a list of constant data records open to use this command.
Return values TRUE if the action is successful, or FALSE if not.

What this example does
  • Logs on to Connexion if not already logged on, using the default authorization and password you selected in Tools > Options > Authorizations tab.
  • Searches WorldCat for record number 1.
  • Applies the default constant data to record number 1. If successful, returns the message: Constant data successfully applied. If not, returns the message: Constant data not applied.
