Actions on authority records

Find actions to take on authority records in Connexion client.

You can take the following actions on authority records:

Action How to
Edit Edit the record to add local information for your library.

Export With an authority record displayed, click Action > Export, click the Export button (Export button), or press <F5>.

Report Error Click Action > Report Error or press <Alt><A><E>.

Set Status
(workflow status only)		 With an authority record open, click Action > Set Status or press <Alt><Shift><S>.
