OCR activation button is greyed out
Symptom
- You just installed Project client, but when you go in to activate OCR the Activate License button is greyed out.

Resolution
The steps to resolve this situation are as follows:
1. Uninstall Project client
2. Delete the C:\Program Files\OCLC Inc folder (note: this may be on a different drive depending upon where you installed it).
3. Reinstall Project Client
