OCR activation button is greyed out

  • You just installed Project client, but when you go in to activate OCR the Activate License button is greyed out.
Applies to
The steps to resolve this situation are as follows: 
1. Uninstall Project client
2. Delete the C:\Program Files\OCLC Inc folder (note: this may be on a different drive depending upon where you installed it).
3. Reinstall Project Client
