Do CONTENTdm collection aliases recycle?

Answer
Yes, if a collection in CONTENTdm has been deleted, then the collection alias should recycle in newly created collections.
The Website Configuration Tool may hold on to information found in the deleted collection after the alias is recycled, such as in custom landing pages. That information can be manually updated to reflect the new collection.
