A connection with the server could not be established activating OCR
Symptom
- In the CONTENTdm project client, you received an error "A connection with the server could not be established" when attempting to activate.

Resolution
The Project client uses ABBYY FineReader Engine and needs to get out to the internet to activate your license and ABBYY servers will send back a license file. If you receive this message you should check with your local IT helpdesk and see if a Firewall and Antivirus is blocking outbound port 80.
