03. Overview of new and former CBS fields - history on field level – bibliographic and holdings format
Many, but not all CBS tags originate from the Dutch CBS format and the CBS MARC bibliographic format. In the following table, we mention the CBS and the PICA+ tag belonging to the CBS MARC 21 format (column 1 and 2), and the former PICA3 and PICA+ tag (column 3 and 4). In the last column, we mention the origin of the tag. This information may be important for existing CBSs, when the data is converted to the CBS MARC 21 format. When the PICA+ tag code has changed, we have marked it with green.
