Why can't I find my locally created collection in My Collection Overlap Summary Report?

  • My Collection Overlap Summary Report shows no data in one or more of the collections

Resolution

Follow these steps:

  1. Ensure the collection IDs are entered exactly as displayed in WorldShare Collection Manager.
  2. Ensure the base collection type is accurate.
  3. Ensure you are not in "Collection Overlap Summary Report." "Collection Overlap Summary Report" will not compare custom/locally created collections. Instead, use "MY Collection Overlap Summary Report."
