My report shows last circulation date as all zeros

Symptom

• I ran a report to show my circulation data. The last circulation date column shows all zeros, not dates

Resolution

This is a formatting issue within Excel. To correct this, complete the following:

1. In Excel, highlight the column
2. Right click > Choose Format Cells
3. Choose Date
4. Under Type Choose 3/14/12 1:30PM
5. Click OK
6. Save your spreadsheet
