Why am I seeing the error message "The server response could not be understood" in WorldShare License Manager?

  • Attempting to load 10MB file into WorldShare License Manager "Documents" folder returned error message "The server response could not be understood".  The file is too large and causes the server to time out and return error message.

If you see the server error:

  1. Compress (zip) files to reduce the file size by right clicking on the folder and choosing "Send to" and "Compressed (zipped) folder.
  2. Upload zipped folder that is less than 10MB in size to "Documents" folder in WorldShare License Manager.
