Why are there multiple due dates for the same item showing on my due date receipt?

Applies to
  • WorldShare Circulation
Answer

The automatic email receipt represents all of the due date alternations that have occurred for that item in the past hour.

For example, if a user checks out an item, renews it, and then manually changes its due date within the same hour, then the patron will see three entries for that item on the next automatic due date receipt email.
