How do I delete a patron type?

Answer

You can delete patron types in OCLC Service Configuration. Please be aware that it can take up to thirty minutes for these changes to appear once made.

  1. Log into the OCLC Service Configuration > WMS Institution > Institution Borrower Categories.
  2. Next to the patron type you would like to delete, click Delete.
  3. Click Save.
