A pickup location or branch is not showing as an available Pick Up Option
Symptom
- You or a patron are trying to submit a place hold request, and you don't see a branch available in the Pick Up Option dropdown

Resolution
Check the OCLC Service Configuration > WMS Circulation > Admin/General > Branch Locations to make sure that the pickup location is configured there. If not, click Create New to create a new branch location. See Additional information section below for instructions.
After creating a new branch location, or if the branch already exists, go to Service Configuration > WMS Circulation > Holds & Schedules > Hold Pickup Locations Map to configure when the pickup locations appear as an option for users.
