Why am I getting a sign in screen from EZproxy when on campus

Symptom

EZproxy is asking for a sign in when on campus or local

Resolution

1. Update the ExcludeIP or AutologinIP directive IP range to Include this systems IP adddres
2.  Make sure the same update IP is provided to the Database websites
