How do I see EZproxy monthly usage data and statistics?

  • Cannot view my log files on my EZproxy Hosted server.

Resolution

In order to access your log files you will need admin credentials to your Hosted EZproxy server.

  1. Please contact support if you need your Admin credentials
  2. Go to the URL https://<sitename>.idm.oclc.org/public/admin.htm Please make sure you add your own individual server name in place of site name.
  3. Sign in with your admin credentials
  4. Click on Access Log Listing
  5. Use Ctrl+F to search the log listing
