My VDX emails have stopped being generated and Amlib Stockitems are not being created

Symptom
  • Items are no longer being created for the VDX requests automatically, so now they need to be created manually

  • Amlib Stockitem
Resolution

Check the Main > Supervisor > Installation settings for the VDX location :

  1. Go to the Installation Menu and select Choose Location. Highlight the required location and select OK.
  2. Select the Other button from the top, and scroll down to VDX POP3 settings.
  3. Ensure these settings are populated with the correct server address and login credentials etc.
  4. Save with F3 button at the top of the window.
  5. Restart the VDX Service.
