Notes	If you combine an io: search using Boolean operators with a search in another index that also covers LHRs, both bibliographic records and LHRs are also searched for in the other index. If an action note search retrieves a bibliographic record that does not itself match the search criteria, it is likely that the record was retrieved because it has an attached LHR that does match.	Only bibliographic records are searched. No LHR data is included when searching from this interface.
