The item a patron requested in available so why does My Account say Not Ready For Pickup?

This status allows the library staff to verify that the item is available.

  • Use the Pull List to check for holds on available items
  • When you Check-In the resource through WorldShare Circulation, the status of the resource will show as Ready For Pickup in the patron's Requested tab of My Account
