The library that I am at does not appear first in the "Find a Copy at a Library" list

Symptom

• The distance is incorrect from my location but my address is correct.

Resolution

The WorldCat registry Map sometimes has two markers in different locations.

1. Sign in to the OCLC service configuration
2. Click WorldCat Registry >Map
3. Click on the link that reads Move red marker to Google's calculated latitude/longitude
4. Click save

You should see the ranking of holding libraries correct itself within 5-10 minutes. You will need to refresh the WorldCat.org screen.
