I am looking for COUNTER 5 reports in OCLC usage statistics but I get the message "Unable to display report"

The message "Unable to display report"  indicates that there are no usage stats from which to generate a report.  The COUNTER 5 reports display full-month data.  Your library does not have any full-month usage stats for the time frame selected.
