FirstSearch is prompting for authorization and password from on campus

- IP not authorizing for FirstSearch

Resolution
Complete the following steps using FirstSearch Admin module:
- Login to FirstSearch Admin

Click Authentication/Access tab

Select IP Address Recognition (on the left)

IP ranges should be put in as follows 10.2.3.4-20 (this will cover the IP range 10.2.3.4 - 10.2.3.20)

Click Add

The IP address range should appear in the box below
