FirstSearch is prompting for authorization and password from on campus
Symptom
- IP not authorizing for FirstSearch

Resolution
Complete the following steps using FirstSearch Admin module:
- Login to FirstSearch Admin

Click Authentication/Access tab

Select IP Address Recognition (on the left)

Enter a new IP address and Click Add

The IP address range should appear in the box below

Click Save
