Authorization number is invalid or expired error when updating IP addresses in FirstSearch Admin

Symptom
  • You get the error "Authorization 100XXXXXX is invalid or expired" when adding a new IP address into the FirstSearch Admin tool. The authorization number may or may not match the authorization number you tried to add.

Resolution

This means that there is an authorization number listed in the Additional Authorizations section of that form that is no longer valid. The authorization number listed in the error is the one to delete.
