Why can't patrons cancel printable MuseumKey reservations?
Symptom
- Library staff are able to cancel printable MuseumKey reservations, but patrons cannot cancel their own printable MuseumKey reservations.

Resolution
This is the way MuseumKey is designed in order to prevent usage abuse, such as placing a reservation for a printable pass, printing it, and then canceling it. This would create a conflict and allow the patron to bypass any restrictions. Staff intervention prevents this in most instances.
