How can we update patron expiration date in the Capira app?

In v2 of the Capira Mobile app, when a library card is renewed, patrons need to remove and re-add the card to their account. This is because the expiration date is always visible and can cause confusion.  Library staff should ask patrons to remove and re-add when the patron expiration date in local library systems catalog is different than the the expiration date in the app.
