How can I stop patrons from overriding our limits and reserving more passes?

Answer

When you're logged into your staff account in the public interface, you see a message that says "Acknowledge & Override Limit." This is only visible to staff accounts on the front-facing site. Patrons will never see this message and cannot override their own account limits.
