Can we use special characters in our patron account PINs?

Unfortunately, special characters for user PINs can cause issues with account functionality. This includes any character that's not alpha-numeric. We recommend not using them for your patron accounts. If you have any other questions about accounts in CapiraMobile, please reach out to OCLC Support.
