• I accidentally hit "Yes" on an article request before I dropped the Article Exchange article.

Resolution

I accidentally hit "Yes" on an article request before I dropped the Article Exchange Article. 

1. Drop the Article as you normally would and you should soon see the URL and Password from Article Exchange on the upper right of the request.
2. The library should also be able to see the URL and Password but not until the article is dropped.
3. Send an email letting them know the article is ready and include the URL and password to let them know.
