In order to receive Authorization numbers and passwords you already have, reach out to OCLC Support for further assistance. If you are looking to create a new ILL authorization, or wish to update an existing authorization, please contact OCLC Order services.
Additional information
Both Support and Orders will need to know your OCLC symbol.
