Is there a way to delete or cancel requests that sit in the Not Received or AE Alert queue?

Symptom
  • Requests you have not received have been sitting in your Not Received or AE Alerts queues for a while.
Applies to
  • Tipasa
  • WorldShare ILL
Resolution

In both of these cases, there is no way to remove a request from the queue if you have not received the item. You will need to reach out to the lending library, as the request is waiting on action from the lending library and you have not received the item.
