If there is an outage or if your connection is interrupted during processing, an OCLC status can come back as PROFILING. This is not a real OCLC status, and it indicates that something has gone wrong. Contact OCLC Support to see if there has been an outage. Once it is resolved, restart your ILLiad services on the server, close the ILLiad Client, and create new requests to replace them.
