Why do I have to change my ILLiad Staff Password every so often and how can I make it so it does not have to be changed?

Answer
You can either set the StaffPasswordExpirationEnabled key in the Customization Manager to 'No" or update the StaffPasswordExpirationDays to a very high number like 3650 so that you do not often have to change the password.

More information is found on this subject in the ILLiad Customization Keys. Also, it is for all staff, so you cannot set it up for some staff to have no password expiration and others to have a staff expiration.
