What is the purpose of the Ribbon Display Options icon that is on the top right side of ILLiad 9.2?

That toggle is not something ATLAS created or intentionally included in the update. It's a leftover component from the DevExpress update ATLAS included in 9.2 to address the various PDF issues and is not meant to be used. It will likely be removed in the next release.
