- You are uploading a file rather than scanning it and trying to send it electronically, but you get an error message. The request stays at the status of "Awaiting Lending Scanning"
If you are having trouble uploading a file that you have and sending it out through electronic delivery, here are the steps you can take to fix the issue:
- There might be a problem with the original PDF file with how ILLiad processes it. Print out the File.
- Scan the file through ILLiad and electronic delivery. The file should send correctly.
- If you still have issues, check to make sure the ILLiad Odyssey Manager service is running on the ILLiad server.
