Resolution

If you have customized your layout and you want it to update everyone else's ILLiad Client Interface with the same layout, you need to go to the ILLiad Staff Manager and follow these steps:

1. Click on your Username.
2. Click on the Copy Layout and Grid Settings.
3. You will see Copy From (your Username)
4. Put in the Copy To box the first name in the list to who you want to copy your Layout and Grid settings.
5. Click on the Copy Layout & Grid Settings button.
6. Click on the Save icon on the top.

You will need to repeat this for each Librarian to who you want to copy your Layout and Grid settings.
