I upgraded to 9.2.4, and I am getting an error message opening any request

Symptom

• The log has an error message: "Couldn't find a compatible Webview2 Runtime installation to host WebViews."

Applies to

• ILLiad 9.2.4 and above.

Resolution

You are receiving the error message because you do not have Microsoft Edge installed.  To fix it, do the following:

1. Uninstall 9.2.4.
2. Download and install Microsoft Edge.
3. Install 9.2.4.  You might need to get the file from the ILLiad Downloads page, so contact OCLC Support for credentials. 
4. After the installation, you should be able to open requests now.
