Here are the differences between Odyssey, Borrowing, and Doc Del in ILLiad:

  • Odyssey is the service used to send and receive Electronic Articles.  Article Exchange is also used to send electronic articles to non-ILLiad sites.
  • Borrowing is what you use when you are requesting items from other libraries.
  • Doc Del (Document Delivery) is what you use when you are loaning books and sending articles to patrons so you do not have to borrow from other libraries.
