I have a request that went out to Docline, but the SystemID shows OCLC

Symptom

• You updated a request to go to Docline, but the SystemID still shows OCLC

Resolution

Whenever you are switching Systems such as Docline from OCLC, you need to update the SystemID to DOC for Docline.  Here are the different System IDs available in ILLiad:

1. OCLC - OCLC.
2. DOC - Docline
3. LOCL - Local
4. ISO - ISO ILL
5. OTH - Other
6. RAPID - RAPID

So if you switch from OCLC to RAPID, your SystemID should be RAPID.
