I cannot see any entries in the Events Log in the ILLiad Client

Symptom
  • You are looking at your events log, but the screen does not show any results
Applies to
  • ILLiad
Resolution

The ILLiad Event Log documentation talks about the types of items that are tracked.  If you are not seeing any results, it may be because of the following:

  • There are no events that took place in the time period you specified.
  • The time period you have is too short and you need to increase the time period.  For example, if you have Show Events after 1/10/2019 and Show Events Before 1/11/2019, then you might need to increase the time period.
