I am logged into the ILLiad Web pages and getting the error, "You may only view transactions that belong to you" when requesting a loan.

Check the coding and make sure the coding shows:

method="post" name="LoanRequest"

and 

name="ILLiadForm" value="LoanRequest"

and not something else.  If the name is not "LoanRequest" or the value is not "LoanRequest," update them and save the page.  It will cause the error message you get.
