How do I verify a network path that ILLiad will use?

To verify a key that you updated in the Customization Manager, do the following:

  1. Copy the key value in the Customization Manager.
  2. Go to File Explorer on your computer and paste the key value in the Address bar and press Enter. 
  3. If you are able to access this location, you have verified it for this computer.  If not, check with your network team to verify your access to the location.
  4. Repeat Steps 1 - 3 for all computers.
