Resolution

You will need to create a connection for each folder you want to go.  Here are the steps you need to take with WinSCP:

1.  Start a new connection configuration.
2.  Put in your connection settings.
3.  Click on the Advanced drop-down, and click on Advanced.
4.  In the Advanced Site Settings, click on Directories.
5.  Put in the path to the folder you want to go to in the Remote directory field, for example, /cygdrive/c/Inetpub/wwwroot/illiad/pdf.
6.  Choose OK.
7.  Click on the Save icon.

Now you are ready to access the site, click on Login, and you should connect and go directly to the folder you want to connect to on the Hosted FTP server.

8.  Once you have one set up, if you have another connection you want to set up for a different folder, you can clone the connection and then change the Remote Directory and Save it with the new name you want to use for that connection.

Here are the steps you take with FileZilla:

1.  Start a new connection configuration.
2.  Put in your connection settings.
3.  Click on the Advanced tab
4.  Set in the path to the folder you want to go to in the Remote directory field, for example, /cygdrive/c/Inetpub/wwwroot/illiad/pdf.
5.. Choose OK.  You will be back in the main Filezilla screen.

Now you are ready to access the site, Go to File > Site Manager > and click on Connect.  You should connect and go directly to the folder you want to connect to on the Hosted FTP server.

6.  Once you have one set up, if you have another connection you want to set up to a different folder, you can Duplicate the connection and then change the Remote Directory and Save it with the new name you want to use that connection.
