How do I fix the OCLC status when I have a book that was billed because it was damaged and the request is finished, but the OCLC Status says "Received - Overdue?"
Symptom
- You had a bill that was paid by a library and the request is finished, but the OCLC status is at the status is "Request Finished." You want to update the OCLC status from "Received - Overdue" to "Not found" so it is complete in the OCLC system.

Resolution
You have two options for fixing the OCLC Status.
- You can ask the Borrowing library to mark the item as returned so you can complete it in ILLiad and this will update OCLC status.
- You will have to wait six months for the request to age out of OCLC and the status will be updated.
