How do I fix it on the ChangeUserInformation Web Page in ILLiad, I am seeing a drop-down option for Hold for Pickup twice?

Your Web page is set up correctly. The first Hold for Pickup is the Web Default for the Loan Delivery Method. The options below are the two options available which are Hold for Pickup and Deliver to Address,so you will see Hold for Pickup twice.
