How do I add the Default Note to my cancellation notices in ILLiad?

Symptom

• You want to add the Default Note that shows up with the Reason for Cancellation when canceling a request to show up in the outgoing notification

Resolution

Here are the steps for adding the Reason for Cancellation note to your outgoing notification:

1. Open up the Notification template such as Borrowing Cancellation Article.
2. In the body, add <#Special.CancellationNote>.  You could also right-click and choose Special and then choose CancllationNote and the process would insert it.
3. Save the change.
