The information is in the ATLAS documentation on Adding and Modifying Address Records if you have an address where someone needs you to update their address because it is changing.
Also, here is information about Lender Address Match-up. When a request comes in, and you need to add an address, you can modify the address and then click on the Add icon, and it will add the new address.
